Middle Food can come in many forms, but you have to be careful. If you don’t pay attention to the ingredients then chances are you are not eating Middle Food…in particular, Middle Eastern Food.
Middle Eastern Food Criteria, in my opinion contains the following ingredients:
- Grape leaves
- lentils
- rice
- garlic
- cracked wheat
- Garbanzo beans
So, for some reason you take a bite into a Middle Eastern Pizza and it does not contain one of the key ingredients listed above, then chances are you are not eating Middle Eastern Food. Stay true to the Middle Food!
I love middle eastern. Do not forget the spices cumin cardamon. Also, black seeds are important as well. My fiance taught me to use black seeds in dishes.
Ah yes! I totally forgot.
